Eric is also the Assistant Safety Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard focusing on Osha Compliant Safety and hazardous materials compliance to maintain operational readiness.

Prior to working for the U.S. Coast Guard as a civilian he was the Health, Safety Environmental & Security Manager for TraPac LLC and AECOM leading company programs ensuring that adequate as well as an appropriate number of resources are covering key areas for compliant business operations.
Eric retired from the U.S. Coast Guard with over 20 years of service. He served several tours underway at sea as a Structural Engineer, and an Environmental Specialist during shore duty. Eric was part of an international team training personnel in Incident Management and was a first responder which sent him to respond to Hurricane Katrina and the Haiti Earthquake for joint operations in recovery and remediation.
Eric holds a BA in English from the California State University Northridge, a Masters Degree in Disaster and Emergency Management from Trident University International, and a Masters of Business for Veterans from the University of Southern California. Eric lives in Southern California.

As the President of SC Veteran Eco Solutions, Mr. Stanowski is responsible for the strategy, capture, and delivery of services provided to private and government customers as prime and sub-contractors and as equipment and goods suppliers.
Prior to this role, Mr. Stanowski served as the Vice President of Operations for Bio-Clean International. They developed environmentally safe cleaning products designed to clean up hydrocarbons, heavy equipment, and household uses. He managed multiple government contracts, created a national sales team, and oversaw warehouse operations while developing US and International business relations.
Mr. Stanowski proudly serves in the U.S. Navy Reserves as an active Reservist with the NavAir Reserve Program as an Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer. His responsibilities have included the Joint Combat Assessment Team Training, Rapid Research and Development, and Aircraft Maintenance Programs.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Science from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master’s of Business for Veterans from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
Lucas started his military career right out of high school and exited active-duty Army after five years of service and two deployments. After his honorable discharge, Lucas attended a trade school in Seattle Washington for commercial diving and worked in the commercial diving industry for three years.

Lucas started his military career right out of high school and exited active-duty Army after five years of service and two deployments. After his honorable discharge, Lucas attended a trade school in Seattle Washington for commercial diving and worked in the commercial diving industry for three years.
In 2008 Lucas left the commercial diving industry in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree. After Lucas began college, he joined the Army National Guard (ARNG), he went on to serve six years in the ARNG. During that time Lucas received his Bachelor of Science in geological sciences, with an emphasis in Environmental-Resources, from Cal Poly Pomona.
Lucas subsequently went on to the University of Southern California (USC) and graduated with honors from the Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) program, at the Marshall School of Business. During the MBV program Lucas excelled at learning to develop, analyze, and lead teams in a business environment, and to assess and build business strategies.
After graduating from the MBV program Lucas has been involved in many organizations. He co-founded a non-profit (The Sea Hut Foundation), he volunteers and holds an executive position with the Global Business Incubator (GBI), and he founded his own business - VetHut consulting LLC (VHC), VHC is currently operating under a dba, EnneaPro Coaching. Currently Lucas operates EnneaPro Coaching, guiding small businesses into government procurement through targeted industry spend-research, procurement business development, team training, effective project-management practices, project estimating services, and coaching around building strong interpersonal-communication between business partners.
Lucas has 22 years of construction and maintenance industry experience along with 20 years of leadership and operational management experience. He has two years of home building experience, 5 years of facilities and vehicle maintenance experience at the superintendent & PM level, three years of underwater (UW) construction, inspection, welding, scientific, hazmat and non-destructive testing experience. Lucas’s most recent construction experience includes engineering, ground-improvement, deep-foundation construction, quality assurance/quality control, estimating, and project-management on multi-million-dollar government funded projects. Lucas helps partners build stronger direct communication habits helping their partnership & business to become more efficient, more effective, and therefore more profitable.
